How we deal with trialists
All trialist applications should go Tiadre, either from our forum or forwarded to him in game.

If accepted each trialist will be assigned a buddy from our recruiting buddy team to help them through the trial process.

Trialists will attend a minimum of 3 trials and a maximum of 5. This applies to exceptional trialists, girlfreinds, boyfriends, people who apply from Ensidia :P, anyone. This doesn’t include 10man runs. We will have as many trialists on a raid as we think is sensible.

In general we will be looking for (in your application and your trial):
1. First and foremost, someone we want to raid with (it is after all a game) friendly character but motivated to succeed in raids.
2. Decent level of gear, we expect to kit you up a bit but you have to be at a level which is useful to us, that means epics, pvp, badge loot, raid loot if you can get it and heroic loot.
3. Knowledge of your class, i.e. good choice of gear, gems, enchant and spec.
4. Come to trials in raid spec and know how your class is expected to function in a raid environment. Druids lifebloom etc.
5. Gems enchants and gear should of course be top notch.
6. Bring consumables and use them.
7. Good general awareness in raids.
