Here are some rough guildlines for what we’d like to see in your application. Rest assured we’ll look at your armory so no need to go on about professions etc. When you’ve made an application please ensure you log out in the gear you’d wear for a raid boss encounter. Looking at your nice shiny Medallion of the Horde doesn’t help us decide whether to recruit you or not

In general we will be looking for (in your application and your trial):
1. First and foremost, someone we want to raid with (it is after all a game) friendly character but motivated to succeed in raids.
2. Decent level of gear, we expect to kit you up a bit but you have to be at a level which is useful to us, that means epics, pvp, badge loot, raid loot if you can get it and heroic loot.
3. Knowledge of your class, i.e. good choice of gear, gems, enchant and spec.
4. Come to trials in raid spec and know how your class is expected to function in a raid environment. Druids lifebloom etc.
5. Gems enchants and gear should of course be top notch.
6. Bring consumables and use them.
7. Good general awareness in raids.
